I basically just built a skeleton from flexible tubes and boarding to keep the shape, then I covered it with fabric. I used the attached tutu and bra to keep it on my body.
Is it possible to buy this costume? I’ve been looking for a costume exactly like this (of this particular bird of paradise). The only decent one I can find is yours. It’s beautiful!
